Oregon's "pass through" tax credit -- In addition, to contract prices,
Oregon growers will receive a $.05 per pound Oregon income tax credit
currently authorized through 2012 by the Oregon State Legislature. This can
be taken as a tax credit or “passed through” to obtain an immediate cash
payment. Sign in above and WBP will provide you with information on this
program, how to receive your tax credit and pass through partners if you
wish a cash payment.
